ROYAL WELSH THIN SAUSAGES (pack of 6)
6 x Thin Sausages are 2 servings
Storage
SUPPLIED FRESH in packs of 6 Thin Sausages
SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Freezer shelf life is 1-2 months from purchase.
Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 48 hours.
Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
Cooking
From chilled:
Remove all packaging.
Ensure sausages are fully defrosted.
Separate the sausages using scissors or a knife.
Thin Sausages:
Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook sausages on a medium heat 12-18 minutes. Turning occasionally.
BBQ: 15-20 minutes. Turn sausages regularly to avoid charring.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 12-18 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 190ºC / Gas Mark 5. Place sausages on oven tray for 20-25 minutes. Turn occasionally.
**THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS ARE GUIDELINES ONLY**
THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION
If you have a temperature probe then use it to check sausages are above 71°C.
If 71°C is not reached then cook for further 3 mins and check temperature again. Repeat this process until 71°C is reached.
