THIS IS A RAW PRODUCT AND MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION

THAI TURKEY KOFTAS (pack of 5)
SUPPLIED FROZEN in packs of 5 (on occasions they may be supplied fresh)
SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Freezer shelf life is 3 months from purchase.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.
Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
Cook from frozen for best results:
Remove all packaging.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place koftas on grill rack for 20-22 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 190ºC / Gas Mark 5. Place koftas on oven tray for 22-25 minutes. Turn occasionally.
BBQ: 20-22 minutes. Turn koftas regularly to avoid charring.
Remove the defrosted koftas from their packaging. Separate the koftas.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place koftas on grill rack for 16-18 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 190ºC / Gas Mark 5. Place koftas on an oven tray and cook for 20-22 minutes. Turn once after 15 minutes.
BBQ: 17-19 minutes. Turn koftas regularly to avoid charring.
**THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS ARE GUIDELINES ONLY**
THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION
If you have a temperature probe then use it to check koftas are above 74°C.
If 74°C is not reached then cook for further 3 mins and check temperature again. Repeat this process until 74°C is reached.
