A rind less pork loin boned & rolled around a sage & onion stuffing. Stuffed Rolled Loin of Pork is a lean, easy to carve joint. Our qualified butchers remove the bones, hand-roll which means it comes to you completely oven ready. This joint is naturally lean for a healthier roast but beautifully tender too with just the right amount of fat covering to keep it moist during cooking.

    Storage

    SUPPLIED FRESH

    SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

    Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.

    Freezer shelf life is 4 months from purchase.

    Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

    Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

    Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.

     

    Cooking

    From chilled:

    Preheat oven 200°C, gas mark 6. Place product into oven loosely wrapped in foil. Remove foil for last 30 minutes cooking time for great crackling, using a good dusting of salt. Cooking times will vary and a probe is recommended to ensure product is cooked through

     

    **THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS ARE GUIDELINES ONLY**

    THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION

    If you have a temperature probe then use it to check stuffed loin of pork is above 71°C.

    If 71°C is not reached then cook for further 3 mins and check temperature again. Repeat this process until 71°C is reached.
