Handmade with 4 chunks of succulent steak, marinated in a rich spicy sauce and served with onions on a single skewer, they’re not just great on a BBQ but also fantastic in the oven. BE CAREFUL though as they do have a bit of a kick!

THIS IS A RAW PRODUCT AND MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION

SUPPLIED FRESH in packs of 2
SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Freezer shelf life is 4 months from purchase.
Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours before cooking.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.
Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
Remove all packaging.
Separate the kebabs and place on an oven tray.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place kebabs on grill rack for 14-16 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 190ºC / Gas Mark 5. Place kebabs on an oven tray and cook for 22-24 minutes. Turn occasionally.
BBQ: 18-20 minutes. Turn kebabs regularly to avoid charring.
Due to the quality of the steak these can also be served pink with a reduced cooking time.
