Cut into generous slices and what bacon should taste like. These thick rashers are cut from bacon joints and is an undeniably tasty ingredient in a variety of dishes or is also delicious as part of a cooked breakfast or on a breakfast roll. We have unsmoked, smoked or maple.

SUPPLIED FRESH in packs of 4 or 6
SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Freezer shelf life is 1 month from purchase.
Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 48 hours.
Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
Cooking
From chilled:
Remove all packaging.
Separate the bacon.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Add rashers to the pan and fry until cooked through, turning halfway.
