Prized for its delicate flavour Rose Veal Calves Liver is succulently tender and fine grained with a deliciously mild, sweet flavour. It is highly nutritious and very quick to cook.

Sourced from a farm near Tiverton in Devon whose Rose Veal calves are reared to high welfare standards and are farm assured under the Red Tractor scheme. As well as this they have been awarded the Good Calf Commendation by the Compassion in World Farming.

    STORAGE

    SUPPLIED FROZEN in packs 225 – 250gms

    Store between -18°C to -25ºC.

    Freezer shelf life is 3 months from purchase.

    Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

    Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.

     

    COOKING

    Heat oil in pan for about 3 minutes. Place liver slices in pan, brown the bottom for about 3-4 minutes. Flip liver slices over, let brown for about 3 more minutes, do not overcook. You may cut a slice of the liver to test for doneness.
