PORK LOIN STEAK
If you’re looking for the tenderest pork, then our pork loin steaks are perfect for you as they are truly mouth watering. They are lean but with fat cover and rich & juicy flavours. As such, they’re ideal for easy mid week meals or Saturday night treats.
Each steak is hand cut and trimmed by our butchers and then, if you wish, marinated with one of our range of authentic glazes – which make these popular steaks extra juicy and special.

PORK LOIN STEAKS
1 x 4oz/115g steak is 1 serving
SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Freezer shelf life is 4 months from purchase.
Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours
Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
Remove the pork steak from its packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper.
Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook pork steak on a medium heat 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place pork steak on grill rack or oven tray for 12-14 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 190ºC / Gas Mark 5. Place pork steak on an oven tray and cook for 25-27 minutes. Turn once after 15 minutes.

THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION
If you have a temperature probe then use it to check pork steaks are above 71°C.
If 71°C is not reached then cook for further 3 mins and check temperature again. Repeat this process until 71°C is reached.
