Our Oxtail is rich in flavour with gelatinous fibres that break down when cooked slowly to create a thick gravy, leaving the tender meat falling off the bone. Perfect on a cold winter's night. Put a mixture of winter veg, some stock & the ox tail in a slow cooker. Cook low & slow for the most amazing wholesome meal.
