Our Maple Cure Back Bacon is hand cut into thick rashers by our butchers from prime back bacon joints matured in maple syrup. Absolutely delicious in a sandwich or as part of a traditional cooked breakfast. Don’t forget the Gold Award Royal Welsh Sausages & Free Range Eggs.

    Storage

    SUPPLIED FRESH in packs of 4

    SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

    Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.

    Freezer shelf life is 1 month from purchase.

    Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

    Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 48 hours.

    Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.

     

    Cooking

    From chilled:

    Remove all packaging.

    Separate the bacon.

    Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Add rashers to the pan and fry until cooked through, turning halfway.
