They’re also endlessly versatile, with hundreds of different ways to include them in a variety of recipes and cuisines. Or just keep it simple and pop under the grill or pan fry for a super tasty, easy meal.

SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Freezer shelf life is 4 months from purchase.
Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 48 hours.
Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
Remove the lamb steaks from their packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper.
Pan fry or grill: Cook on a medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove from heat, place on a rack, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
If preferred pink reduce cooking time accordingly.
