Lamb Neck Fillets are ideal for low and slow cooked Stews, Casseroles and most braises - such as a Moroccan Tagines.
Slow cooking is an absolute must for this cut (particularly in a curry), resulting in an extremely tender meat with a delicate, sweet flavour.
Perfect for making traditional Welsh soup (Cawl), simply roasted or you can cut into little noisettes and fry.

Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Freezer shelf life is 4 months from purchase.
Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 48 hours.
Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
