This versatile lamb can be used to make traditional casseroles, pies, stews, cawl or curries.  Cut into chunks for your convenience. Our tip is to cook your meal the day before eating to enhance all the flavours of your dish.

    SUPPLIED FRESH

    SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

    Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.

    Freezer shelf life is 4 months from purchase.

    Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours before cooking.

    Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

    Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.

     

    Cooking

    From chilled:

    Remove the lamb from its packaging, seal in a hot pan with a splash of oil, cover with stock, red wine or water then simmer for 2-4 hours for a melt in the mouth casserole, cawl or stew.
