Hand diced by our butchers, this lean beef is great for braising in the oven or slow cooker to create a succulent, tender beef stew or casserole. Also perfect for a classic beef curry. Our tip is to cook your meal the day before eating to enhance all the flavours of your dish.
LEAN DICED BEEF
1x 1.1lb/500g is 2-3 servings
1x 1.65lb/750g is 4-5 servings
1x 2.2lb/1kg is 5-6 servings
SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Freezer shelf life is 4 months from purchase.
Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours before cooking.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.
Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
Remove the diced beef from its packaging, seal in a hot pan with a splash of oil, cover with beef stock or water then simmer for 2-4 hours for a melt in the mouth tender casserole or stew.

THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION
If you have a temperature probe then use it to check beef mince is above 71°C.
If 71°C is not reached then cook for further 2 mins and check temperature again. Repeat this process until 71°C is reached.
