The foiled trays the Potatoes are supplied in are for oven cooking only.
Oven: Preheat oven to 190ºC / Gas Mark 5. Decant potatoes into a microwave dish and heat on full power in the microwave for 10 minutes (stir half way through). Return potatoes to foiled tray and cover tray with a layer of kitchen foil. Pierce foil a few times and cook in oven for 50-55 minutes. Remove layer of kitchen foil, stir well and cook in the oven for a further 10 minutes.
Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
