GLUTEN FREE BELLY PORK SLICES (pack of 4)
These traditional cuts of pork are fully prepared and ready to go. They are delicious plain or marinated. An understated alternative to a pork chop, they are served on the bone for extra flavour and hand-cut to order by our qualified butchers. These belly pork slices are very tender when slow cooked in the oven or on the BBQ. They make a delicious, great value meal that will be enjoyed by all the family.
Marinated Belly Pork Slices (gluten free)

SUPPLIED FRESH in packs of 4
SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Freezer shelf life is 4 months from purchase.
Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.
Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
Remove the belly pork slices from their packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place belly pork slices on grill rack or oven tray for 15-20 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 200ºC / Gas Mark 6. Place belly pork slices on an oven tray and cook for 30-45 minutes. Turn once after 20 minutes.

THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION
If you have a temperature probe then use it to check belly pork slices are above 71°C.
If 71°C is not reached then cook for further 3 mins and check temperature again. Repeat this process until 71°C is reached.
