Our mouth watering beef silverside is a lean, boneless joint with a fine texture that’s a great choice for roasting. Cook rare to medium rare, let the meat rest after cooking and then carve into thin slices to fully appreciate the tenderness. This is the most popular for a Sunday roast and it will melt in your mouth!

SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Freezer shelf life is 6 months from purchase.
Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours before cooking.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.
Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
Place into a roasting tray, and into a preheated oven set at 180°C. For best results a probe is recommended.
Well-done 70°C and above
