Vic Hopkins has been THE family butcher for Barry's Westend for over 40 years. Although Vic Hopkins, the present owner, has seen a lot of changes in this time, he has always offered the same friendly personal service. Our total refurbishment in October 1998 allows us to offer quality and value with today's family in mind.

Alongside the outstanding range of quality fresh meat, poultry and award winning home made sausages, we now have an excellent selection of tasty cooked meats all cooked in-store - as well as Chickens, Barbecue Ribs, Homemade Steak Pies and Royal Welsh Sausage Rolls fresh daily for hungry lunchtime shoppers.


A small charge is to be made on local deliveries and customers can now pay for their goods in a variety of ways - credit cards, cheques and also cash! As a result of recent bank closures in the area resulting in the removal of cashpoint machines, we can even offer a cashback facility.
